The Finacial Services Authority has amended the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Handbook.
The regulator introduced the amendments partly to reflect the Financial Action Task Force’s statement entitled ‘Improving AML/CFT Compliance: Update on Ongoing Process.’
